Self-medication
If you are unwell, rest, get plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious foods. Stay in a separate room from other family members and, if possible, use a separate bathroom. Frequently clean and disinfect the surfaces you touch.
It is important for everyone to maintain a correct lifestyle even while staying at home. Eat a healthy diet, sleep, keep exercising, and keep social contacts with loved ones alive via the phone or the Internet. In difficult times, children need more love and attention from adults. Respect your daily routine and schedules as much as possible.
It is normal to feel sad, stressed, or confused during a crisis. Talking to trusted people, such as friends and family, can help. If you are experiencing particular difficulty, consult a healthcare professional or psychologist.
